“I came to Natasha for coaching support on our organization’s 2024 strategic plan and came out with much more than that - a deeper understanding of the organization’s purpose and direction, systems for prioritization, goal setting, and developing networks of support, and strengthened confidence in my leadership. She blends the exact three things I was looking for in a coach: structured frameworks, opportunities for personal reflection, and care for broader social impact work. I couldn’t recommend her enough.”

“Natasha is such an insightful and caring coach. She is principled, but open and curious. She is caring, but will push you to think more deeply. I cannot recommend her more. Natasha’s structured program helped me think through key assumptions in my life, and ultimately helped me make large career decisions that I am excited about.”
— McKinsey Engagement Manager
“Natasha was the perfect coach for me— super sharp and perceptive, but also empathetic and authentic. She is direct, and will challenge you, but she also makes room for the messy stuff of being a person. I was keen to leave coaching with something I could continue to use, and that’s what she gave me: a framework, simple and powerful, that helps me stay grounded and focused. I am already looking forward to the next big inflection point in my career when I can dive into some new leadership challenge with her.”

“I came to Natasha at a moment of transition, with big questions about what I truly wanted from my working life. From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt deeply heard and understood. She gently encouraged me to consider possibilities I hadn’t allowed myself to see before, while always respecting my pace and perspective. She created room for curiosity, doubt, skepticism, and hope to coexist, and helped me approach all of it with clarity and calm. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I learned to ask: What does this mean I need? What can I try? Where am I willing to experiment? The tools and ways of thinking I gained from working with her feel lasting, and I’ve already found myself sharing many of her insights with others. I truly learned so much from her, and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for support.”
